What to expect and look forward to each day!
Daily morning Yoga classes led by Dana + Leona. Invigorating and inspiring vinyasa practice, accessible for all.
Daily afternoon practice of somatic exploration, breath-work, heart-centered meditations, mantra, sound healing, deep relaxation, and rest!
A beautiful roof top Yoga Shala overlooking the sea + a fully equipped indoor Yoga studio.
Delicious, organic, Greek inspired meals made fresh. Includes breakfast, snack, + lunch.
Infinity pool on site + a short, scenic walk to the glorious beach.
A journey to a secret beach and a visit to an Aphrodite temple where we will offer a sound circle + water blessing.
A full service Spa providing a variety of massage therapy and facials (additional cost)
Time each afternoon to explore the local village, lounge by the pool + beach, receive spa treatments and more!
Our home for the week is the beautiful Porto Delfino, a family run location overlooking the sea.
Lying at the crossroads of shipping routes that lead to and from Eastern Mediterranean, Kythera has not been subjected to vigorous tourist development and as a result it has preserved its unique and picturesque character.
Enjoy clean beaches at the meeting point of three beautiful blue seas, Ioanian, Aegean and Cretan. Experience the caves, the springs, the beautiful walking routes through lush vegetation, and a wide variety of herbs and wildflowers.
Kythera offers you an exciting experience to explore a network of beautiful trails, castles, monasteries, ancient ruins, and lovely villages.
October is an ideal time to visit Greece. The weather is divine and the vibes are mellow, allowing us the opportunity to enjoy the warm sun, crystal clear water and quiet, serene beaches.

We have been friends for over 20 years. Together we have hosted workshops, led retreats and have collaborated on many creative projects.
Leona has spent the last 12 years living in Sweden with her partner and 13 year old daughter. I have been back in Cleveland for 10 years now, with my husband and two sons.
We have both dedicated our lives to cultivating our craft as teachers and creative beings. We have continued our studies and travels, deepened our knowledge and compassion, all with the intention to be of service to others on this path towards wholeness and joy.
As humans, we are intimately woven into the fabric of the universe, carrying the healing power of the elements within us. Leona and I are honored to hold loving space for each of us to reconnect with that innate wisdom. Together, we remember our gifts — not only to uplift ourselves, but to nourish our communities and the world.
